"Keldo":

If you're up against a "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon", "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon" or etc. "Keldo" can be a useful way to lower it's attack strength.

If your opponent has "Exodia Necross" and destroys this card you can return 2 'The Forbidden One' cards back to their deck, destroying Necross.

You can use this card to counter Graveyard-reliant Decks and/or use it to interdict the use of certain cards whose effects activate in the Graveyard, such as "Necro Gardna", "Breakthrough Skill" and "Mischief of the Yokai".
