"Level Up!":

This card is at its best when trying to upgrade any Type 1 LV Monster, but be warned—"Armed Dragon LV7" cannot upgrade to "Armed Dragon LV10" with this card, because "Armed Dragon LV10" is not written in the card text of "Armed Dragon LV7".
- While Type 3 LV Monsters cannot activate their effects if you use "Level Up!", you can use this card to thin out your Deck by up to 3 cards.
