"Milla the Temporal Magician":

This card's effect makes it so that cards like "Bottomless Trap Hole" and "Torrential Tribute" cannot be activated in response to the Summon of this card.

Combine with "Psi-Blocker" and name the card you saw. This is particularly effective against Set monsters, since your opponent will be unable to flip them face-up.

Use this card to make a decision about whether or not to preemptively activate a card that prevents a monster from being targeted such as "Safe Zone" and "Forbidden Dress". This can be a smart decision if the card revealed is something like "Dimensional Prison" that you cannot prevent with anti-destruction.
