Slifer: "When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated.". Could be reworded to avoid seeming like it's to be used when "Slifer" is Tribute Summoned.

* This card works in "[[Monarch]]" Decks, using "[[Edea the Heavenly Squire]]" with "[[Eidos the Underworld Squire]]" to Tribute Summon easly a Level 8 Monster.
