- You can send up to 3 copies of this card and some Red-Eyes dragons (including itself) to the graveyard with Future Fusion by selecting Five-Headed Dragon as the monster you want to summon with it.
- use future fusion (fgd) to send two Red-Eyes Wyverns, two Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragons and one prime material dragon (for trap negating purposes) to the graveyard, end your turn and specal summon both of the Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragons then use one of their abilitys to special summon the prime material dragon during your next main phase
- You can get multiple uses out of this card if you use Miracle Dig and/or Burial from a Different Dimension to return it into play.
- Beware of Imperial Iron Wall; it prevents this card from removing itself from the graveyard, which is the cost to special summon the Red-Eyes monster.
- You can use Ultimate Offering to normal summon or set a monster during your opponent's turn, which will get around the requirement for this card's summoning effect.
- You can use Hand Destruction to send this card and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon from your hand to the graveyard, and assuming that you don't normal summon or set anything during that your turn, you can bring back the discarded Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon.
