- This card can be searched by "Temple of the Kings", "Single Purchase", "Summoner Monk", "Vampire Dragon", "Resonator Engine", "Soul Rope", "Dragunity Corsesca", "Transmodify", "Sangan", "Rescue Ferret", "UFO Turtle", "Flamvell Firedog", "Goblin Zombie", "Pyramid Turtle" and "Shiranui Smith".
- Banish this card with "Gold Sarcophagus" to quickly destroy a face-up card your opponent controls.
- Since there are no Level restrictions, you can use this card's effect to revive "Shiranui Shogunsaga" to trigger its effect.
- Use this card to Summon any Level 4 "Shiranui" monster to Xyz Summon a Rank 4 Xyz Monster.
- Alternatively, use this card to Summon "Shiranui Spectralsword" to Synchro Summon a Level 6 Synchro Monster.
- Xyz Summon "King of the Feral Imps" to search "Masked Chameleon", whose effect can easily revive any "Shiranui" monster (preferably Level 4 for a Level 8 Synchro Summon or another Rank 4 Xyz Summon).
