An alternative to Tribute Summoning is to use The Creator Incarnate or Destiny Hero - Dasher.

Use The Creator's effect for free by sending Sinister Serpent, Treeborn Frog or Night Assailant to the Graveyard to activate it.

A good use for this card in a Destiny Hero deck is to discard Destiny Hero - Dasher to Special Summon Destiny Hero - Disk Commander, drawing two cards, and using Compulsory Evacuation Device to bring Disk Commander back to your hand to discard for Dasher the next turn.

Since the discard for this card's effect is not a cost, you can discard Dark World Monsters to get a good effect.
