• Play Chorus of Sanctuary to raise Thousand Needles's DEF to 2300 allowing it to destroy most commonly played monsters that don't require tributes.

• You can use Battle Mania and card's like "Raregold Armor" to force your opponent's monsters to attack this monster.
  • You can further expand this combo with cards to increase this card's DEF or lower your opponent's ATK, like "Burden of the Mighty"

• Activate "Fairy Box" when your opponent attacks and you will have a 50/50 chance of destroying the monster with 1800 LP damage to boot!
