- This card's name is a play on the Japanese word for 'Tiger' (
虎 , Tora) and the English word 'Dragon' which is pronounced as 'Doragon' in Japanese. Since it's a 'Tiger Dragon' (as hinted by its feline appearance), it's a 'Toragon'.- This distinction is similar in the card "Tiger Dragon". It's possible this card is the baby version of "Tiger Dragon".
- This card somewhat resembles Gizmo, the mogwai from the "Gremlins" movie series.
- This card may be a reference to "Baby Dragon".
