  • In Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy, Beatrice was Dante's childhood love interest and his guide during his journey to heaven. This is referenced through this card's ability to use a "Dante" monster as an Xyz Material for its Xyz Summon.
  • This card's ATK and DEF are the inverse of "Dante, Pilgrim of the Burning Abyss". Additionally, its ATK is also equal to the the maximum ATK that "Dante, Traveler of the Burning Abyss" can reach using its own effect. Incidentally, both cards can be used as Xyz Material to Xyz Summon this card.
  • This card is the first Extra Deck Monster whose Materials and effect were not separated by a line. Instead, it uses the dash symbol ("/") to separate its Materials and its effect.
