- This card's effect is similar to "Junk Synchron", "Black Salvo" and "Alien Ammonite" to easily fulfill the summoning conditions for a Synchro Summon of a certain Synchro Monster. Also, they're all Tuner monsters.
- This cards name comes from the type of storm known as a Blizzard a type of severe snowstorm hence the "Far North (North Pole in OCG)" portion of the name.
