"Blackwing - Kogarashi the Wanderer":

"Kogarashi" is a cold, withering wind that occurs in the early season of winter in Japan.

This is the second high-Level "Blackwing" Tuner, the first being "Blackwing - Hillen the Tengu-wind".

This is also the first Tuner that your opponent can use as a Synchro Material Monster.
- However, this effect only exists in the anime. The OCG version had this effect removed.
