"Blue-Eyes White Dragon" is one of the only two cards in the game to have four different types of artwork. (The other one is "Dark Magician".)

Blue-Eyes White Dragon is the only card in the game to have an official Chinese version.

This card is the cover card for TCG expansion, Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon.

Some people say that this card was the first Yu-Gi-Oh! designed card by Kazuki Takahashi, although this is not confirmed.

This card has two counterparts "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" and "White Night Dragon".

The attack of this monster is named "Burst Stream of Destruction" . A Spell support card of the same name has also been released in the game.
