- This card is one of only four cards to have been Forbidden in the past but is now Unlimited. The other three are Injection Fairy Lily, United We Stand, and Chaos Sorcerer.
- "Breaker the Magical Warrior" appears in the artwork of "Spell Vanishing", "Defense Seal Wall" and "Prideful Roar".
- This card has gained its own term. To "break" a Spell or Trap Card is to destroy a card with this cards effect.
- The Spell Counter symbol is show in multiple areas of this cards artwork. It can be seen in the background and on the orb's on Breaker's armor. Strangely, he has nine spell counters on his armor and weapons, and yet the card's effect only allows one spell counter at a time to be placed on this card (six of them are visible in this card's artwork, that makes it total seven on his top's appearance, and the other two can be seen in Spell Vanishing's artwork) .
- This card has a defensive counterpart, known as Defender, the Magical Knight.
- This card has two effect counterparts, Explosive Magician and Arcanite Magician.
