This card was not released in the TCG until more than ten years after it was released in the OCG. It was also the first time in 3 years that a Normal Monster was released as a Rare in the TCG.

This card bears a resemblance to Funny Bunny, a cartoon character that Maximillion Pegasus especially liked. This card's text also mentions that it is a "funny bunny".
