- This card has some similar traits to "Dark Magician Knight".
- This is the Warrior-type equivalent of "Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste", which takes "any dragon-type synchro monster" and fuses it with any Warrior-Type monster.
- This is the Warrior-type equivalent of "UFOroid Fighter", which takes "UFOroid" and fuses it with any Warrior-Type monster.
- This card, along with "Rainbow Neos" and "Elemental Hero Divine Neos" are the only Fusion Monsters that list "Elemental Hero Neos" as one of their Fusion Material Monsters and don't need to be summoned through Contact Fusion.
- This card looks like a fusion between "Elemental Hero Neos" and "Black Luster Soldier".
- "Elemental Hero Neos Knight's" effect is similar to "Miracle Locus's" effect.
- This monster's design looks a bit like it is based off of Tatsunoko's Tekkaman.
- This Monster's Fusion Material seems to be similar to that of Evil Hero Malicious Fiend which would make this card a Neos version of Evil Hero Malicious Fiend by way of Fusion material. Elemental Hero Neos Knight being a Warrior-Type Fusion of 2 Warrior-Type Monsters requires Elemental Hero Neos and another monster of it's type to fuse with, just like Evil Hero Malicious Fiend is a Fiend-Type Fusion of 2 Fiend-Type Monsters requires Evil Hero Malicious Edge and another monster of its type that is Level 6 or higher.
- This is one of the 6 "Elemental Hero" not yet released in the TCG.
