- This card bears a coincidental resemblance to the main villain of the Legend of Zelda series, Ganondorf. While both have similar colored short hair, the main caveat appears to be the symbol appearing on Fireyarou's chest resembling the Crest of the Royal Family of Hyrule.
- The Attribute icon on some copies of this card from Vol.3 has the purple background color of the DARK Attribute icon while still having the FIRE icon's text.
