• Harpie Lady Sisters ATK, DEF and Level are half the sum of the ATK, DEF and Level of 3 "Harpie Ladies". Thus the ATK, DEF and Level of Harpie Lady Sisters is equal to the ATK, DEF of Harpie Lady plus half.

• This card's Japanese name is "Harpy Lady Triplets".

• "Harpie Lady Sisters" appears in "Triangle Ecstasy Spark".

• The individual sisters were later made into Harpie Lady 1, 2, and 3.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! The Falsebound Kingdom, Harpie Lady 1 is named Airo, Harpie Lady 2 is named Ocupete, and Harpie Lady 3 is named Keraino.

• "Rose Whip" appears in this card's artwork.

• Despite the number of times we see the three monsters printed on this card, Mai only ever uses "Harpie Lady Sisters" once; all other times, she summons the three numbered Harpie Ladies, as evidenced by their ability to act as three separate monsters for tributes and for "Harpie's Pet Dragon".
