- "Iruka" is the Japanese word for "dolphin"; also, the card's name can be read as "ima iru ka?" or "where am I now?", hence its confused expression.
- Similar to other cards like "Orca Mega-Fortress of Darkness", this card is a Sea Serpent-Type, despite the fact that dolphins are mammals (which may correlate to this monster's flummoxed expression).
