• This card is named after the punctuation mark, asterisk (*).
  • A six-pointed asterisk appears on the face of this monster.
    • The six points are the same colors as the original Machine Emperor cards.

• This is the first monster with "Dragon" in it's name without a dragon-shaped head.
• This is the only Machine Emperor that doesn't have "Infinity" in its name.
• This is the only Machine emperor to NOT be used in a Turbo Duel.
• Also, this is only Machine emperor to NOT have the effect that absorb Synchro Monsters.
  • However, technically this card is not a Machine Emperor, but a Machine Divine Emperor, a sub-archetype of the Machine Emperors.

• This card shares several traits with Machine Divine Emperor Machinecle Infinity Cubic
  • They're both the ace card of Aporia's. Asterisk for his ground deck, Machinecle for his turbo deck.
  • They're both "Machine Divine Emperors"
  • Both have a Burn effect
