This card's name is a reference to the Penalty Game of the same name from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 42: "Get the Million!!", where Yami Yugi inflicted this penalty on the ZTV producer, which caused him to show his inner greed on live TV.

Though this card has appeared numerous times in the anime, it has never actually been Summoned.
