- This card's name and appearance imply that this monster is related to "Saambell the Summoner".
- The totem and jackals that appear in the artwork of said card also appear in this card's artwork, albiet more cybernetic and electrically-charged, in vein with other Psychic-type cards.
- This card's name relates to its effect to change Levels, which is perfect for Synchro and Xyz Summons. Also, similar to how the name of "Saambell the Summoner" relates to making the Levels of monsters the same, this card's name relates to the fact that its effect can raise the Level of monsters.
- This card has an "awakened" form, "Risebell the Star Psycher".
