* This card along with "[[Drill Synchron]]", "[[Drill Warrior]]", "[[Bird of Roses]]", "[[Morphtronic Vacuumen]]", and "[[Chaos King Archfiend]]" were made into anime cards as a result of a drawing competition, as seen in the preview of [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 074|episode 74]], [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 075|episode 75]], [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 076|episode 76]], [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 077|episode 77]], and [[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 078|episode 78]].
* This card, along with "[[Queen of Thorns]]", are currently the only [[Plant]]-Type [[Synchro Monster]]s in the game. * This card's first effect is similar to the [[ATK]]-reduction effect of "[[Black Rose Dragon]]", including removing from play [[banish]]ing 1 Plant-Type monster from your graveyard[[Graveyard]].** Both cards are also used by [[Akiza Izinski]] in the ''[[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's]]'' anime.
* This card's black and green costume, its halving effect and drop kick attack are similar to [[w:c:kamenrider:Kamen Rider Double|Kamen Rider Double]], particularly Double's "CycloneJoker" form.
** This is made evident by the fact that the "CycloneJoker" form embodies both a "Trickster" style, as seen by the first effect of this card, and a "Wind" style, seen by the second effect of this card allowing it to attack twice, similar to the monsters of the [[Element]] archetype's WIND attribute effects.
