Box 6 is where your [[Main Deck]] resides at all times. It is always placed [[face-down]] here, unless a card effect such as "[[Convulsion of Nature]] " is in effect. The Deck Zone uses the same swirling backing as the reverse of normal OCG & TCG cards.
