Question 1 - If you force an activation of a trap you can still use 7 tools of the bandit to negate it right?
Question 2 - You can use it on your own spells and traps, and if you use it on your own spell cards you can infinetly return to your deck so you wont deck out ever, right?
Question 3 - If its is negated by magic jammer, is it sent to the graveyard or does it return to the deck?
Question 4 - If bait doll is targeted by mystic Tyhpoon and destroyed after you activate it, does it get sent to the grabeyard or does it return to your deck?
1) You cannot negate the Trap Card with "Seven Tools of the Bandit" since you cannot chain to the Trap Card. The activation and effect of the Trap Card take place within the resolution of "Bait Doll"
2) Yes.
3&4) To return to the deck, "Bait Doll" has to be (a) not negated and (b) still on the field when it finishes resolving. "Magic Jammer" both destroys (and thus sends to the Graveyard) and negates it, so it isn't shuffled back into the deck. "Mystical Space Typhoon" destroys it, so it's in the Graveyard, so it's not shuffled.
