I found this ruling in the ruling about chains:
However, you cannot declare a win in the middle of a Chain Link. Here is one such example:
Player 1 has two pieces of "Exodia the Forbidden One" in his hand. He activates a Set "Graceful Charity". When he draws, he gains the last three pieces of "Exodia the Forbidden One". Here, Player 1 must discard two cards for the effect of "Graceful Charity", and cannot declare a Victory until the Chain Link has fully resolved.
Because it said you cannot declaire a win in the middle of a chain link, does this means if you get the 5 pieces of exodia in you hand in chain link 2, you will not win the duel if chain link 1 cause you to lost your hand is this correct?96.44.92.186 (talk) 03:55, May 30, 2012 (UTC)
- No, at the end of Chain Link 2 resolving (before Chain Link 1 resolves), you can declare victory.
- That ruling is about how you cannot declare victory inside a Chain Link (not inside a Chain).
