This is official linework that Takahashi made for 5D's, showing that the character's names are in fact "Jack Atlas", "Rua" and "Ruka" (and as a sidenode, "Aki Izayo").  Considering that the anime's animators have been proven time and again to be seriously English-impaired, I think the articles should be moved to those locations.  Besides, "Jack Atlas" is his name in the dub anyway.
