Thanks! User Magicknight94: I had no idea before that it was treated the same way as behing flip face-down.[[Special:Contributions/96.44.92.186|96.44.92.186]] ([[User talk:96.44.92.186|talk]]) 15:39, May 9, 2012 (UTC)

So, I know a little about XYZ and XYZ materials, but I was wondering, If the monster special summoned by Miracle Fertilizer is used for an XYZ summon, does Miracle Fertilizer destroy itself? Technically the monster has not left the field, but XYZ materials are also treated as not being on the field (with regards to "if sent from the field to the graveyard" effects at least).

So, when you XYZ are the materials treated as having left the field, thus destroying Miracle Fertilizer, or does it persist so I can special summon more later? And if it persists, does it cease when the XYZ material is detached?

There is a difference with OCG and TCG on Xyz material however I dought it is going to effect the behavior of Miracle Fertilizer.

  • First OCG: When a monster card is treated as an Xyz Material it is not treated as a monster card, however it is also consider to be not on the field. So Miracle Fertilizer is destroyed.
  • Second TCG: When a monster card is treated as an Xyz Material it is not treated as a monster however it is treated as being on the field. Miracle Fertilizer is destroy because Miracle Fertilizer no longer see it as a monster card.

I'm not a yugioh Judge, so I will leave it up to yugioh Judges to tell me if I am correct, or Incorrect on this.96.44.92.186 (talk) 14:30, May 9, 2012 (UTC)
