Forum:Royal Decree Jurracs

Hi, im building a competitive jurrac deck and since they are beatdowns, ive decided to put royal decree and replace defensive trap cards with cards like shrink, rush recklessly and book of moon since shrink and rush recklessly triggers guaiba and dino's effect.

Like I said, 3 royal decrees because it benefits me in everyway. Jurracs originally have very high attack, and with the boost from solidarity, all of my jurracs have 2000+ attack except aeolo and stauriko. Im thinking of putting in another MST and maybe lightning vortex.

So please comment and suggest anything for this deck, im not sure if it will work :SLs324987312 (talkcontribs) 02:07, April 14, 2011 (UTC)

I'd strongly recomed 3x Jurrac Aeolo, due to the sheer potential of it,-Resk (Talk) 08:42, April 14, 2011 (UTC)

Molten Destruction

But molten destruction is about everything solidarity does, except 300 less attack. and Im running all dinosaurs, but maybe, ill try molten destruction. I will prbly run 2 aeolos now, but then i should start running rekindling. Ls324987312 (talkcontribs) 21:02, April 14, 2011 (UTC)

+1 Aelo -1 Stauriko

Rekindling has its ups and downs, all monsters summoned are removed at the end phase so they can't be brought back using aelo and you will need molten destruction just to run it so I don't suggest using it, +1 aelo because it is a monster reborn and is basically summoning the monster from your grave, summon and tribute. 2 Stauriko is enough, your deck runs on high attack powered beat sticks, so not many defensive monsters are needed.Iairrick (talkcontribs) 23:08, April 14, 2011 (UTC)

Stauriko's effect works VERY well with Jurrac Dino, because u can tribute the tokens to draw cards. Stauriko is probably the only monster that im going to be playing in defense, because aeolo is more of a summon-tribute than a defense, and with staurikos, i can keep recycling herra, which can surprise attack the opponent Ls324987312 (talkcontribs) 23:11, April 14, 2011 (UTC)

It requires the opponent attacking a facedown while Dino is up,they most likely wouldn't attack a face down monster while theres another face up monster with over 2k attack.Iairrick (talkcontribs) 23:20, April 14, 2011 (UTC)

Indeed... which is why you actually set Stauriko first. When it's destroyed by battle, summon your two tokens (and potentially Herra) - THEN you summon Dino, on your next turn. Runer5h (talkcontribs) 00:55, April 16, 2011 (UTC)Runer5h
