am wondering how the "Reduce that target's Level by 1." works does it mean its level 1 forever or just -1 level of a monster like a 4 star and it becomes a 3 star—This unsigned comment was made by 98.70.94.4 (talk • contribs) 01:54, March 8, 2012 (UTC)

- On Talk Pages and Forum Pages, it's a good practice to sign your posts. You can do that by adding four tildes (~~~~) to the end of your post and it will automatically create a signature for you when you click 'Publish'. "Reduce that target's Level by 1." (not 'to' 1). So 4 - 1 = 3, as long as the monster remains face-up on the field.

thx i was looking for a card that can make a monster lvl 1 so i can attck my oppernect dreckly is there such a card?
