This is coming up due to a dispute on another forum when this question was presented in their ruling section. Another member stepped in to say that Tin Goldfish and Kagetokage could be chained in resolved in a case of SEGOC. I disagreed due to both monsters having 'When... You can...' effects that require both monsters to be the last thing to happen to properly resolve, resulting either in Tin's special summon, or Kage's summon to the field. Which would be the actual result and why would it be correct. I am looking to get an answer that is understandable so that I can relay it back to the site in question to settle the matter there. - Axel Shiokawa (talk • contribs) 21:37, June 8, 2013 (UTC)
