The '''King of the Netherworld''', was the consequential ruler of what was known as the Netherworld in the ''[[Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D'King of the Underworld's]]'' in the Japanese Version, is the consequential ruler of what´s known as the Netherworldanime.

==Overview==At first , he was only mentioned briefly by the [[Dark Signers]]' leader, [[Roman Goodwin]] in his rematch against [[Yusei Fudo]], . Roman described him as the "Ultimate God", the one that was said to be the mightiest of them all, and that the Earthbound Immortals served him.

According to [[Roman Goodwin|Roman]] , it would appear, if the 4 four control towers for the original [[Ener-D]] Reactor are were not [[activate]]d before sunset, as by then , the door to the Netherworld will would be opened.

After [[Akiza Izinski|Akiza]] fails failed to seal the Lizard Tower before sundown, the Condor geoglyph then appears appeared in the sky towards toward the direction to where [[New Domino City]] iswas. After this, as the original Enerdy [[Ener-D]] Reactor's light is emanating emanated from inside the [[B.A.D]] area crater, suddenly the King of the Netherworld emerges emerged from it.

At first , it takes took the form of a giant mass of dark slime, but then it begins began to mutate and acquires acquired another distinctive shape, . Goodwin then proceeded to declare a [[Shadow Turbo Duel]], which would be held within the Condor geogylphgeoglyph, as the ritual to welcome the Ruler of the Netherworld, one which ultimately required [[Signers]] to be sacrificed.

As he reveals his true identity as the final Dark Signer with the Condor mark glowing upon his back, he explains that he must complete a ritual for the King of the Netherworld to gain its full power.  Goodwin then proceeds to declare a [[Shadow Turbo Duel]] that will be held within Condor geoglyph as the ritual to welcome the Ruler of the Netherworld, one which ultimately requires [[Signers]] to be sacrificed. After Rex Goodwin, [[summon]]s [[Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca]], the King spots it and dispatches an army of smaller condors to [[attack]] [[Yusei Fudo|Yusei]], [[Jack Atlas|Jack]] and [[Crow Hogan|Crow]].  However they are fought off by [[Ancient Fairy Dragon (character)|Ancient Fairy Dragon]] and [[Black Rose Dragon]], who have been able to be summoned by [[Luna]] and [[Akiza Izinski|Akiza]]. After Yusei finally defeats defeated Goodwin, the Crimson Dragon arrivesarrived, using and used Yusei`'s "[[Majestic Star Dragon (anime)|Majestic Star Dragon]] " to gain physical form in order to attack the King.  The Netherworld´s Ruler attacks ruler attacked them with a massive beam, but Yusei and the Crimson Dragon pierce pierced through and enter entered the King`s body.  The moment that Yusei is was inside of it, he sees saw the defeated Dark Signers along with Goodwin, who has had returned to his old self, as well as his brother [[Roman Goodwin|Roman]].

As the both brothers thank thanked Yusei, they inform informed him that the other Dark Signers will would be revived. However, both brothers decide decided to remain. After they cross crossed over into the light, Yusei and the Crimson Dragon pass passed right through the King, which disappears disappeared soon after as a golden ray of light emerges emerged from its body, thus and vanquishing it.
