Move to "Flip Effect"

So I cannot find any official source that refers to these as "Flip Monster Effects", but ample that refer to them as "Flip Effects". The official rulebook uses "Flip Effect" plenty of times, but never "Flip Monster Effect". The official site has never used the term "Flip Monster Effect", but there are plenty of results for "Flip Effect". There are plenty of card texts that refer to "Flip Effects", and none as "Flip Monster Effects"; here are some examples:

• Evil HERO Dark Gaia
• Tin Archduke
• The Spell Absorbing Life
• Royal Command
• Ceasefire
• Ancient Forest
• Ally of Justice Searcher
