In its name there is a "shiyuu". What does that name mean and should it be moved to include it? MadRest 14:39, December 29, 2011 (UTC)

fake info

It's effect is false, it doesn't only use that card for the summon, it's any monster in the archetype. On another note, There's a ton of false/unconfirmed info on the GAOV page

Not a single one uses the one on here, and these are all posted by reliable well known translators, not to mention how unreliable this wikia is and how horrible of a reputation it has. You should be happy that I'm giving you correct info to make this site better

Please either provide evidence specifically showing this wikia to be unreliable and in what ways, so that we can work on fixing the problems, or keep your accusations to yourself. As for Shiyudragon's effect, keep in mind that we have several editors that provide in-house translations for card names and effects before the official English names and effects are confirmed. I can't say which translation is wrong in this case, but simply telling us that our translation is different from the one everyone else shows doesn't help anybody; at the very least, you could provide us with a transcription of the original Japanese effect so that one of our translators can review the translation we have. 「ディノ奴千？！」^{? · ☎ Dinoguy1000} 23:08, January 12, 2012 (UTC)

Well for one, spoiler lists for sets are usually wrong up until release (for example, the ORCS page said that shock ruler and big eye were in it with no confirmation, and they weren't, The GAOV page says the other train and construction cards are in it. While likely, it's unconfirmed.) And another issue is that the wiki seems to post whatever it finds on shriek expecting it to be 100% true and reliable, so whenever fake info ends up on shriek, it ends up here too. Likewise, when another site finds new info first (neoarkadia, pojo) the wikia doesn't take it seriously, despite shriek getting his info from our translators. Now as for your other point, here's the original Japanese effect:

聖刻龍―シユウドラゴン 光 ドラゴン ☆６ 2200.1000 自分フィールド上の聖刻1体リリースで手札から特殊召喚。１ターンに１度これ以外の聖刻を場手札からリリースする事で相手の魔法罠１枚選択破壊。このカードがリリースされた時自分のデッキ手札墓地からドラゴン族通常モンスター1体を攻守0で特殊召喚

I think the most likely scenario is that one of your translator's made a mistake or misread the effect
