If i have a card that says "this card may not be targeted by the effects of any magic trap or effect monster" does my opponent negating my monster's attack count as him targeting my monster, since they are choosing which monster whose attack to negate? please provide source. 173.35.250.35 05:59, December 18, 2009 (UTC)
