You will no longer be affected by the move throttle. In addition, when you move a page, you'll see a checkbox that says "suppress redirect". When checked, this will delete the redirect to the old page name. In most cases, this is is NEVER needed for a main page move. On the other hand, its almost always needed for the subpages.
