Just so you Know

It's true that Rescue Cat and Substitoad are now Forbidden cards as of September 2010, but they aren't Forbidden in the Traditional Format. In Traditional Format, there are no Forbidden cards; the cards that are Forbidden are treated as Limited, instead.
