Before you even think about making that edit again, Xyz Reborn appeared in [[Yu-Gi-Oh! D Team ZEXAL - Chapter 009|D Team ZEXAL chapter 8]] first. As an analogy, [[Gorz the Emissary of Darkness]] wasn't italicized in [[Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V - Episode 001|ARC-V episode 1]] because it appeared in [[Yu-Gi-Oh! R]] first. You should keep the tenses consistent - if you use one tense, stick to it, and don't go flip-flopping back and forth between past and present tense.
