This tournament, called "Legend Of Power", was held on July 25th 2000 and ended on August 27th, as national tournament it was held in Japan's stores and streets. 400 [[Secret Rare]] and 2400 [[Rare]] "[[Dark Magician Girl]]" ([[G3-11]]) were released and given as prizes to the first seven classified, then the same day 100 [[Secret Rare]] and 400 [[Rare]] "Dark Magician Girl" were given as gifts by casual drawing, these last are considered promos distributed by Weekly Jump and V-Jump magazines' employees at the event. Some rumors say the "[[Dark Magician Girl]]" ([[G3-11]]) given by Weekly and V-Jump had a different effect and illustration than the one in circulation, because it was a "sample version card". This tournament is tought also to be held together with the "[[Asian Tournament Promos: 2001|Second National Conference]]".
