- In episode 11, Scorch uses this card during his Tag Duel with Chills against Yuma Tsukumo and Shark. After Shark activates the effect of "Submersible Carrier Aero Shark" to inflict 1600 damage to Scorch, Chills activates "Blizzard Egg Level 5", which allows Scorch to Special Summon "Baggy Pants Lavasaurus" from his hand. Scorch then subsequently activates this card, which allows Chills to Special Summon "Icebergdon".
- In episode 12, this card appears in a flashback Yuma has when he realizes Scorch and Chills cheating by modifying the auto shuffle function and placing the cards in their Decks in a specific order is the reason they both knew the other had a Level 5 monster at a specific point in the Duel, which initially seemed like a coincidence at first.
