- In episode 71, Umbra uses this card during his Tag Duel with Lumis against Yami Yugi and Seto Kaiba. After "Ring of Destruction" destroys "Vorse Raider", Kaiba activates "Ring of Defense" to protect himself from the damage, but Umbra activates this card to negate the effect of "Ring of Defense" and activate this card's effect as the effect of "Ring of Defense", allowing Umbra to protect himself from the damage made by the effect of "Ring of Destruction".
