After Kite overlays "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" with itself in order to Xyz Summon "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon", this card's second effect reduces the ATK of "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" by 1000.
