- A: The effect of "Ruin, Supreme Queen of Oblivion" treats its name as "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion" while it is in your hand or face-up in the Monster Zone, so you can activate the effect of "Breaking of the World" when it is Ritual Summoned. Note that if "Ruin, Supreme Queen of Oblivion" is Ritual Summoned while the effect of "Skill Drain" is applying, you cannot activate the effect of "Breaking of the World".[1]
