OCG Rulings

  • This card can be activated at any time except during the Damage Step.[1]
  • This card's effect to draw 1 card starts a Chain. (It does not target, and it cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
  • Sending 1 monster from your hand to the Graveyard, or from your Monster Zone to the Graveyard, is the cost to activate this effect.[1]
  • You can activate this card's effect as part of the same Chain Link as the activation of this card itself.[1]
