OCG Rulings

• • You can activate this card either by activating the card only, by activating its first effect as part of the same Chain Link, or by activating its second effect as part of the same Chain Link.
  • When activating the card only, there are no activation conditions. However, it cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
  • If the conditions for activating the first effect have been met, the first effect can be activated as part of the same Chain Link as the card’s activation. However, it cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
