OCG Rulings
- [Regarding the effect "Target 1 FIRE monster in your GY; send 1 card from your hand to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon the targeted monster."[1]
- It is the effect applied when this card's activation resolves.
- When resolving this effect, send 1 card from your hand to the GY, and if it is successfully sent to the GY, Special Summon the targeted monster.
- Sending a card from your hand to the GY and Special Summoning the targeted monster occur simultaneously.
- [Regarding the effect "You can banish this card from your GY, then target 3 of your FIRE monsters that are banished and/or in your GY; shuffle them into the Deck, then draw 1 card."[1]
- It starts a Chain and can be activated in the GY.
- It can only be activated during your Main Phase, if you have at least 1 card in your Deck.
- When resolving this effect, even if some of the targeted monsters are no longer present, the effect is applied to the remaining targeted monsters.
- When resolving this effect, shuffle the targeted monsters into the Deck. Then, if you successfully returned at least 1 of them to the Deck (or Extra Deck), draw 1 card.
- Returning monsters to the Deck and drawing a card do not occur simultaneously.
