OCG Rulings
- This card is considered both a "Galaxy" monster and a "Galaxy-Eyes" monster.[1]
- This card's effect that Special Summons it is an Ignition Effect that activates in the hand. (It does not target.)[1]
- This card's effect that either Special Summons a "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" from your hand or Deck or attaches one to an Xyz Monster on your field as a material is a Trigger Effect that activates in the GY. (It does not target, and can be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- If this effect was activated during the Battle Phase, and you have a "Number" Xyz Monster face-up in your Monster Zone when the effect resolves, the part of the effect that doubles the ATK of all "Number" Xyz Monsters on your field is applied.[1]
- Special Summoning or attaching a "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" from your hand or Deck and doubling the ATK of "Number" Xyz Monsters on your field do not happen simultaneously.[1]
