OCG Rulings

• This card's effect that prevents monsters from attacking or activating their effects based on their ATK is a Continuous Effect.
• Face-up monsters on the field with ATK less than this face-up monster's ATK on the field cannot attack. Also, face-up monsters on the field with ATK higher than this face-up monster's ATK on the field cannot activate their effects.
• This card's effect that adds a Tuner and non-Tuner monster from your Graveyard to your hand is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (It can also be activated during the Damage Step.)
• This effect targets 1 Tuner monster and 1 non-Tuner monster in your Graveyard, for a total of 2 monsters. (Both monsters must have the same Type and Attribute.)
