OCG Rulings

• This card's effect that makes it unaffected by monster effects other than Xyz Monsters, and prevents it from being destroyed by battle with monsters other than Xyz Monsters, is a Continuous Effect.
• This card's effect that Special Summons an Xyz Monster from your GY and attaches an opponent's card to that monster as a material is an Ignition Effect. (It targets a total of 2 cards; 1 Xyz Monster in your GY and 1 card on your opponent's field.)
• Special Summoning the targeted Xyz Monster and attaching your opponent's card to it as a material happen simultaneously.
• This effect finishes resolving by Special Summoning the targeted Xyz Monster and attaching your opponent's card to it as a material. (Halving any damage your opponent takes for the rest of the turn is applied immediately upon resolving this effect.)

• Q: I activate the effect of "Infinitrack Fortress Megaclops", targeting an "Infinitrack River Stormer" in my GY and a Set "Scapegoat" in my opponent's Spell & Trap Zone. If my opponent chains that targeted "Scapegoat", what happens?

A: If you activate the effect of "Infinitrack Fortress Megaclops" targeting an opponent's Set Spell/Trap, and that card is chained, the effect is applied normally. (After the 4 "Sheep Tokens" are Special Summoned by the effect of "Scapegoat", the effect of "Infinitrack Fortress Megaclops" then Special Summons "Infinitrack River Stormer" from your GY and attaches "Scapegoat" to it as a material.)

• Q: My opponent activated "Evil Eye Mesmerism" and took control of my "Infinitrack Goliath". In this situation, if I activate the effect of "Infinitrack Fortress Megaclops", targeting an "Infinitrack Earth Slicer" in my GY and my opponent's "Evil Eye Mesmerism", what happens to "Infinitrack Goliath"?

A: In this scenario, when the effect of "Infinitrack Fortress Megaclops" resolves, "Infinitrack Earth Slicer" is Special Summoned from your GY and "Evil Eye Mesmerism" is attached to it as material. At this time, the effects of "Evil Eye Mesmerism" disappear, and you regain control of "Infinitrack Goliath". Also, even if "Evil Eye of Selene" is on the field, "Infinitrack Goliath" is not treated as an "Evil Eye" monster.
