OCG Rulings
- This card targets 1 face-up "Fortune Fairy" monster in your Monster Zone.[1]
- You cannot target a "Fortune Fairy" monster if you do not have a Spellcaster monster in your hand or Deck whose original Level is 1 lower than that monster's.[1]
- The part of the effect that prevents you from Normal or Special Summoning monsters other than Spellcaster monsters does not apply during the turn you activated "Lucky Loan". (It starts applying during your following turn after you activated "Lucky Loan", from the start of that turn to the end of it.)[1]
- When resolving this card's effect, if the targeted monster is no longer face-up in the Monster Zone, you cannot Special Summon a monster from your hand or Deck. (Even in that case, the part of the effect that prevents you from Normal or Special Summoning monsters other than Spellcaster monsters will apply during your next turn.)[1]
